Having worked in financial services for over twenty years, for companies such as TD Bank, first direct, and Alliance & Leicester, I have spent most of my career developing and managing relationship teams, as well as running marketing and business development departments.

I’m now using this experience in a number of ways (creating strategy, driving insight, building partnerships) in a number of sectors (wealth management, digital marketing, research, startups).

I am also the Chairman of The Endure Foundation, a pioneering grant making charity.
